Heerio is a client arrival notification tool for professional practices. It allows clients to indicate they have arrived for an appointment and notifies the corresponding professional via SMS and a real-time dashboard. Heerio is not an electronic health record (EHR), a scheduling system, a billing platform, or a clinical tool of any kind. It does not document sessions, store clinical notes, or integrate with any EHR system.
Heerio facilitates communication between clients and professionals in a waiting room only. Nothing in the Heerio platform constitutes clinical advice, supervision, or oversight. Professionals remain solely responsible for all clinical decisions and the care of their clients.
The practice and the professional operating under it is solely responsible for maintaining HIPAA compliance in their use of Heerio. Heerio is designed to minimize contact with protected health information — we never store full client names or clinical data. Practices requiring a Business Associate Agreement should contact support@heerio.app to discuss their needs.
Heerio is offered on a per-seat, cascading pricing model. The first seat is $7.99/month, seats 2–3 are $5.99/month each, seats 4–6 are $4.99/month each, and seats 7–10 are $3.99/month each. Practices with 11 or more seats should contact us for custom pricing. All new practices receive their first month free. No credit card is required to start.
You agree to use Heerio only for its intended purpose: notifying professionals of client arrivals in a waiting room. You may not resell, sublicense, or use Heerio in any way that violates applicable law, including state and federal privacy laws.
Heerio is provided “as is.” We are not liable for missed notifications, SMS delivery failures, service interruptions, or any clinical outcome arising from use or non-use of the platform. Your use of Heerio is at your own discretion.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
